FEM Structural Analysis for Safety and Lightness Features

FEM or Finite Element Method, is a structural analysis technology that improves the strength of each portion of the helmet. Simultaneously, it decreases extra weight to keep the helmet light and well-balanced.

Outer Shell

The TPS or Thermo Plastic Shell is present on the OGK Kabuto EXCEED. It optimizes the helmet’s build to have high impact resistance.

Easy-to-Operate Head Vents

This helmet from Kabuto sports bigger shutters for vents along the model’s head. It allows for more air to enter, cool, and ventilate the helmet.

COOLMAX interior

COOLMAX works by absorbing moisture in the helmet. It consists of enhanced materials that keep the users cool, comfortable, and dry throughout their ride.

This feature is present on different parts of the helmet’s interior. These include the inner pads, chain strap cover, and cheek pads.

Micro Ratchet Buckle

Kabuto included the micro ratchet buckle to the OGK Kabuto EXCEED. It sports various teeth engagements, plus a release lever pivot system to adjust the buckles better and more securely.

Certifications and Warranties

The Kabuto EXCEED helmet is JIS certified, and it comes with Kabuto’s five-year warranty. There’s also a discount program available for helmet replacement when EXCEED is utilized during a crash.

OGK Kabuto EXCEED Helmet – Available Colors and Sizes

Riders can choose from different sizes to get the best fit for their helmet. Sizes include Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large.
