Ventilation System

This POWER RUSH helmet has an upper air intake vent for better air volume to enter the helmet. Its top outlet vent is segregated from the rear stabilizer to allow even better ventilation when in use.

The cheek pad cooling technology has channels cutting through air holes and an ESP liner in the cheek pad foam. This ventilation feature helps cool and clean humid, warm air from the rider’s face.

E.Q.R.S. (Emergency Quick Release System) + Standard Chin Strap

The E.Q.R.S. allows medical technicians to immediately remove the SHOEI X-Fourteen POWER RUSH’s cheek pads during emergencies. Furthermore, it allows for easier removal of the entire helmet from the rider’s head especially during accidents.

There’s added comfort from the earpads, the chin curtain, and removable breath guard. For convenience, SHOEI included a regular chin strap clip for easy, quick, and secure fastening.

CWR-F Shield and QR-E System

POWER RUSH helmet from SHOEI features a QR-E base plate system that allows tool-less shield installation and removal. Its body sports a scratch-resist coating and comes with a PINLOCK EVO fog-resistant system. The helmet also features a double-shield lock technology to avoid unnecessary shield openings.

AIM+ and Aerodynamic Shell Design

AIM+ or Advanced Integrated Matrix plus is a high-performance fiber material. It’s added to the shell construction with elastic fibers, creating a lightweight, resilient, and rigid helmet.

SHOEI improved the helmet’s aerodynamic aspects via thorough wind tunnel tests. Not only that, but pro riders provide input and feedback to further improve the X-Fourteen POWER RUSH.

For better impact absorption and proper ventilation, a dual-layer multi-density EPS liner is present. You’ll find a total of four shells and five EPS liner sizes to increase your fitting choices for added comfort.

The EPS liner for absorbing impact is present along the entire chin bar. It’s also present with the cheek pad cooling system.

3D Max-Dry Custom Interior System</3>

The full interior lining of the X-Fourteen POWER RUSH is removable for replacement and cleaning. You can even replace it with your choice of lining for optional thickness and customization.

To dissipate and absorb sweat, a comfy 3D max-dry liner is included to the helmet’s build. It works by absorbing sweat twice as fast as standard nylon interiors to keep the user cool, comfortable, and dry.

Certifications and Warranties

The X-Fourteen POWER RUSH helmet’s manufacturing defects are covered within its 5-year warranty after purchase, or seven years after manufacture. For safety, this helmet is JIS, Snell and MFJ certified.
