Aggressive Form Bringing New Uses and Functions to the VFX Identity

SHOEI VFX-WR sports the unconventional, daring, yet stylish design of the VFX-W, making it even more aggressive in this model. It comes with an integrated mouthpiece, visor, and other parts sporting the shell shape to establish a powerful form. Its rib formation along the helmet’s rear portion is extended to its sides.

The presence of both keeps your goggles in place when riding fast. Plus, SHOEI created a continuous line running from the visor to the helmet’s top. It’s done via the mold technology to create a form that’s more advanced and solid.

New V-470 Visor

This new visor for SHOEI VFX-WR utilizes a flange mechanism to keep it balanced. Here, the visor’s screw hole comes with a design that allows it to be pinched off from the standard position. Then, it becomes hollow along the rear portion of the visor.

The layout of the SHOEI VFX-WR allows for easier and more convenient insertion of the visor into the standard position. Plus, it prevents the visor from unintentionally dropping even when the user is engaged in off-road riding.

AIM+, M.E.D.S, & EPS Liner

The SHOEI VFX-WR’s shell consists of the AIM+ which comprises of multiple layers of high-performing composite organic fiber. It’s an essential element since it offers optimum rigidity and improved levels of shock absorption.

The 3-piece EPS liner is another featured design of the VFX-WR that provides outstanding shock-absorbing functions. As for the MEDS, it offers an additional layer of EPS along the helmet’s scalp. It works to lessen rotational acceleration pressure to the head when accidents occur.

Enhanced Ventilation Performance

Ventilation is vital during off-road riding since it makes the riders move and sweat a lot. With the SHOEI VFX-WR, it sports an additional air intake as well as two air outlets for better ventilation.
