Wind-Tunnel Optimization for Performance

There’s also an improved upper-air intake shutter, as well as a bigger lower air intake opening. It allows the helmet to yield more airflow around the entire GT-Air II helmet.

The SHOEI GT-Air II (2) comes with the exclusive Multi-Ply Matrix AIM shell and the Multi-Piece/Multi-Density EPS Liner. These features serve as the helmet’s first two layers of defense.

AIM or Advanced Integration Matrix consists of multiple layers of durable glass and organic fibers. With this construction, the helmet has a durable yet lightweight shell with excellent elasticity. A helmet’s flexibility is essential for absorbing impact in an accident.

With AIM, the GT-Air II (2) won’t split since it can withstand heavy landings.

3D Max-Dry Interior System for Absolute Dryness Comfort

The GT-Air II Helmet comes with a fully removable, adjustable, replaceable, and washable 3D Max-Dry Interior System. It can dissipate sweat faster than the usual nylon interiors.

The cheek pads have multiple layers to provide comfort, and along with top-quality two-tone interior fabric, these keep the helmet stable. The red stitching on the fabric accentuates the design of SHOEI GT-Air II’s finish.

Parts and Accessories

Aside from the SHOEI GT-Air II, it comes with other parts and accessories in the package. These include the EVO PINLOCK lens, chin curtain, breath guard, and helmet guard. You’ll also receive two SHOEI logo stickers, a PINLOCK pin, service tool, and silicone oil.

Other inclusions are the instruction manual, a warning label, and a few other necessary documentations.

Certifications and Warranties

The SHOEI GT-Air II (2) is JIS-certified. It also comes with a 5-year warranty upon purchase, or seven years from the manufacturing date. It covers all manufacturing defects, but will not cover damages caused by the consumer.
