The ARAI XD DIABLO focuses on aesthetics and protection. It’s based on the original ARAI Defiant, but the current model smooths out the earlier helmet’s design. It’s to create a bold yet more refined model.

Its shell features a rounded and smooth construction, while materials used to create a tough shell to disperse force upon impact. XD DIABLO features the FCS or Facial Contour System which are cheek pads that offer a comfortable yet snug fit.

ARAI XD DIABLO Feature – Hyper Rib Shock Absorber

The presence of a Hyper Rib on the XD DIABLO helps increase the helmet’s rigidity while smoothening the wind flow. It extends to the helmet’s bottom cap and works as a form of shock absorber just like a car’s bumper.

This feature’s presence enhances the pressure resistance from the helmet’s side, making the cap tougher in the process. ARAI ensures that its buffer liner directly wrapping the user’s head is softer and comfortable.

Super Fiber Belt

The SFB or Super Fiber Belt is a form of protection present on the ARAI XD DIABLO. Its concept was from ARAI’s F1 helmets.

This fiber belt is fixed parallel to the helmet’s upper window, specifically along the eyes, to enhance its rigidity. In the event of an accident, the belt will function by preventing cracks from forming on the helmet.

Eco-Pure for ARAI XD DIABLO’s Interior

The Eco-Pure interior is a new system interior that features deodorizing, antibacterial, and antifouling effects. This material is utilized in XD DIABLO’s interior since its pH function maintains mild acidity that’s similar to bare skin.

Its antibacterial function prevents the growth of bacteria, while its deodorizing effect neutralizes and absorbs odor. For the antifouling function, it prevents sebum stains from the skin on the surface to keep everything fresh and clean.

Plus, it’s also like every other helmet from ARAI since the company’s 5-year warranty covers the XD DIABLO. The helmet is warranted against any production and material defects. So, if the user caused the damage on XD DIABLO, it won’t be covered by the warranty.

There are different sizes available for the ARAI XD DIABLO, and riders can choose the best fit for them. Sizes include small, medium, large, and extra-large. For the measurements, they’re 55-56cm, 57-58cm, 59-60cm, and 61-62cm respectively.
