Enhanced Ventilation and Cooling System

The ARAI TOUR CROSS 3 sports a new ventilation system that allows wind to enter, cooling the interior of the helmet. Specifically, it airs the temple area since it’s the usual spot that sweats easily during rides.

There are side exhaust ducts along the helmet’s Hyper Rib that boosts the helmet’s rigidity. Aside from this, it also increases the helmet’s stability during high-speed rides.

Cap Body: PB-cLc

This ARAI TOUR CROSS 3 comes with the Cap Body – PB-cLc. It’s a Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction taken from the company’s F-1 technology. This specific feature helps optimize the shell’s flexibility and strength while keeping it lightweight.

This belt takes its place across the helmet’s eye portion and makes use of thinner EPS liners. The latter helps boost the user’s field of view when wearing the TOUR CROSS 3.

High Fitting Cool / Dry Liner FCS

ARAI ensures that their TOUR CROSS 3 sports a perfectly comfortable fit. It makes the rider completely forget that they’re wearing a helmet. It features the new FCS or Facial Contour System that provides the helmet with an ideal fit. Simultaneously, it guarantees 100% comfort even during prolonged use.

There’s also a plate along the chin portion that wraps snuggly from the bottom part of the TOUR CROSS 3. It consists of a cushioning material compared to the usual spring along the base plate’s rear portion. What’s notable about this is that it doesn’t apply heavy pressure on the chin area of this SHOEI helmet.

Certifications and Warranties

All the helmets from ARAI, including the TOUR CROSS 3, come with a 5-year warranty. The helmets are warranted against any defects in the materials used, or in the product’s workmanship.

It’s serviceable for five years from the purchase date, but no more than seven years from its date of production. In addition to this, the ARAI TOUR CROSS 3 is Snell and JIS-certified which guarantees the quality of this helmet.

ARAI TOUR CROSS 3 Helmet – Available Colors and Sizes

The helmet comes in different sizes which include Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. They measure 55-56cm, 57-58cm, 59-60cm, and 61-62cm respectively.
