The shell utilized for the ARAI S-70 consists of ARAI’s proprietary aerospace fiberglass to acquire an extremely flexible, strong, and lightweight helmet.

Rounder and Smoother

Since ARAI was unable to find a specific protection standard that meets their demanding requirements, they created their own instead. The R75 is their protection standard that ARAI S-70 has passed.

This model incorporates the continuously curving radius of their hand-built helmets, making them smoother, rounder, and stronger. Shells that sport these features have enhanced dispersal of kinetic energy.

Double D Ring Fastener or DD-Ring

The DD-Ring or Double D Ring is one of the safest ways to fasten the ARAI S-70. Fasteners from other helmet brands usually damage easily and quickly acquire dirt build-up inside. These occurrences can highly influence the proper functioning of the helmet, thus, may cause issues to the user.

The ARAI S-70 features the SCLC shell or Super Complex Laminate Construction. It consists of aerospace fibers making it 30% stronger in bending and extension resistance than standard fiberglass.

Although this material is more expensive than most fiberglass, it offers outstanding strength and flexibility, which maximizes the S-70’s integrity.

Certifications and Warranties

The ARAI S-70 is JIS-certified and comes with a 5-year warranty from ARAI. All of the company’s helmets are covered against production and material defects. However, if the user causes the defect or damage, it won’t be covered by the company’s warranty.

ARAI S-70 Helmet- Available Colors and Sizes

Different sizes are available for the ARAI S-70. These include small (55?56), medium (57?58), large (59?60), and extra-large (61?62).

There are two colors to choose from when it comes to the ARAI S-70. The shades available are black and white.
